CONTROLLING WHAT WE EAT
Food is energy. If we consume too much of that energy, our bodies will not be able to contain the pressure from inside, it will eventually give way. By giving way, we mean that too much food will cause ill health that may lead to death if not well handled. It is very difficult to be in good health when we are overweight. It also becomes difficult to perform some activities. We have low resistance in activities that demand high physical power. Eat food with moderation and always remember quality is more important than quantity.
What good Health is all about
Good health is a very complex thing to define. Good health can be considered to be a state of comfort that one feels while in his own body. Well if you don’t feel well, you may not be in a good health situation. In some cultures or religion, when you put your body to test and torture you come out stronger thus healthier. Good health means different things to different people. Here, when we talk of good health we are refereeing to a situation where, one’s body is free of illness and pain, thus discomfort. This discomfort disturbs ones day to day activity and the change effect is not positive.
For many years now life without good health is not worth living. We work so hard in our youth for the wrong reasons and when we eventually find out the few things of value we should focus on, it is almost too late. We are left with worn out bodies shivering and shaking at old age (not everyone).
This is typical in some African community where intellectual power is still not very useful. In less develop countries death rates are high not because of poor standards of living but simply because men add hard labour accompanied by nothing of equivalent value to replenish that body. They are exposed to sicknesses and environments that are good. They few who know how to replenish their body, enjoy good health while those who don’t know suffer. With abundance of found eating habits change and most often not positively. We all know how destructive these can be in the long term.
Why do people desire good health?
We desire what we don’t have. For if we have it, we won’t desire it only, but we will leave it for why should we desire what we have already?. Good health is deeply imbedded in the customs and cultures of many “races” in the world. More than 60% of world population is found in the Middle East. Why is it so? Can we say it is because the reproduce more and faster? The answer not only about reproduction, it lies in good health practices thus long life, for what is the need for high birth rates when life itself cannot be well taken care of? It is needless and baseless.
The desire for good health seems to come to many at a later time of their lives. In some communities men and women work with their bodies and not their brains. They exhaust themselves while in their youth not knowing human being have an aura in them that cannot be replenished or restored with mere food and vitamins. This is the reason we must grow old and one day die.
While in your youth, eat well and develop good habits else your are doom for your old age will be payback time instead of time to rest and tell your grandchildren beautiful stories of the past and make them know life is worth living. Among all control what you eat for if we do not eat our food like we take our medicine, we will eventually take our medicine just like we take our food.
How good health is beneficial to an average man
The goods that come with good health are a thousand times better than the goods that come with poor health. If you eat the right food and in right proportions, no illness will come your way.
It is amazing how people buy illness and sickness into their systems with their own money unknowingly and will still end up buying medicine to cure illness caused by this illnesses. If you love your life, practice two habits. They are (1) The habits of eating little and (2) The habit of eating fewer variety of food within a day.
The more you eat the more your body strains and the more your body strains the more you spend time on health issues rather than other business that will make life better. Eating fewer variety of food makes it easier for the digestive system to transform it. Mix it and you suffer with constipation and indigestion.
Purge your system from all bad intestinal substances as much as you can. How will you feel if someone told you that the food you eat three days ago is still in your belly and it is undigested? If you don’t feel bad about that then know that you have a more serious problem.
To question the necessity of maintaining good health through what we eat is to question about being alive. It is absolutely necessary to care for health. Eat lesser and lesser meat and protein foods and eat more of vegetables and average quantities of carbohydrate food.
Everyone has the responsibility keeping health intact. Those who destroy their health through food are instead people who have abundance and excesses in their financial agenda. Well-being rich does not mean you have excesses for being rich is state of mind. We feel rich we don’t do rich. The rich and wealthy don’t parade the streets with their belonging they just know it is somewhere. If you don’t know where yours is, start by imagining where it is and the rest will follow.
We owe ourselves this number one priority to keep the body in good form thus the mind which is the engine of our personality
Knowing your Health Status
We must know our health status if we want to engage in the kind of food we eat. An expert or medical practitioner can help acquire this information about our health status. This check will you know what is lagging and excess. It may also help determine that which is just normal or enough. Anyone who can’t afford medical exams can do it for themselves by controlling them weight. As for food, just eat with moderation.
It is always good to know that seeing expert in the health domain to give a summary of status is crucial for he who walks in darkness walks with speculations and doubts. Nothing would be done with doubts nowadays. A nutritionist is a person who advises others on matters of food and nutrition and their impacts on health.
Who can play the role of nutritionist in case of none? Not everyone can tell you what is good to eat. Ask a qualified person on what can be done or who.
Develop good eating habits
Eating habits are those patterns we follow repetitively as far as eating food is concerned. We must develop a healthy habit. Mixing different dishes at a time will strain the digestive system thus cause constipation? Three meals a day and at regular intervals repetitively is an ideal method. The temperature of the food. Too much food is not necessary. Just eat a little and you will be fine. It is difficult to start. But we must make the effort to control our eating habits.
Avoid too much variety for it strains the system to adapt.

Remember food is energy taken from another source, too much means too much of energy. Our bodies will metaphorically body to explode or deform as a result when we consume too much of it. Very little of it can cause your body to shrink and wither. With proper moderation of mind and food we are ready to take up many challenges in life.
